PAGKAIN NG GULAY UGALIAN ARAW-ARAW ITONG IHAIN

      All of us need fruits and vegetables to our body because those foods gives  vitamin to our body to become healthy and strong in daily life.
       If you eat those foods you are far from sickness because you have the healthy body.The fruits and vegetables given to you are the one's who protects you from other diseases.These foods are very important in our life because those foods gives nutrients that can make us stronger and healthy body.There is no happiness in your life so you must eat fruits and vegetables regularly.
        As student I convience other student to eat  vegetables and fruits to become our body healthy and strong.
